    Hi, I'm Ernest Riach, General Manager.

    First of all, I would like to say a most heartfelt thank you to the thousands of our customers for your overwhelming support and loyalty to us and the Toyota name. Many of you have contacted me by phone and email with encouraging and supportive comments, and have gone out of your way to let your thoughts be known to me. I am so grateful to each and every one of you.
